terms and conditions of service
the terms and conditions of avatastic.co.uk (the site) are as follows...
- the account holder accepts responsiblity and liability for any
copyright issues regarding the images stored on their account.
- the account shall not be used for shock or offensive purposes. any
complaints regarding the nature of content and how it has been used will may
result in the offending image being removed, the associated accounts being
disabled, suspended or deleted. the complaints may also be met with "wah
wah".
- by uploading content to the site the account holder grants the site
the rights required to store, display, distribute, manipulate and otherwise use
the image.
- the account holder (who from now on may be refered to as "you" as its
shorter) will not use the service in a way which degrades the performance of
the service to other account holders, or affects any of the other services
provided by the site.
- you will be kind to your fellow man.
- you will not use the service to upload spam, viruses, trojans, worms,
bots, malware, badware, crapware or any other bad bad things.
- complaints about the site will be met with "wah wah wah", but you are
permited to be offended if told where to go.
