why did my upload fail?
uploads can fail for a variety of reasons, the more common ones are listed
below.
- the file was too big - the file you attempted to upload is either over the maximum size, or will cause you to exceed your quota
- the file is an unsupported type - the file you are uploading is unsupported, please convert it to a gif, jpeg or png - simply renaming a file does not change the type of the file, to change the format, open it in your favourite image software and save it as one of the previously mentioned formats.
- something wibbly happened along the way - the upload was only partially completed, please try again OR we are unable to add your avatar at this time: an unknown system error has occured - sometimes strange things just happen, try the upload again.
